Bolivia: details of "Cuban" bill criminalizing protests with penalties of up to 25 years in prison

The bill from today under discussion in the Parliament criminalize social unrest and proposes to penalize it as the crimes of terrorism, financing of terrorism, and legitimization of illicit profits

The model is the same as in Nicaragua, from where, for example, Mother Teresa's nuns were expelled, accused of "terrorism" and "illicit profits," and as in Cuba.
