Morales expressed his complete support for "brother Putin" and warned that the "political and forced prosecution" for alleged deportation crimes "intends to maintain the state of war between two sister nations of Europe to satisfy the belligerent policy of the US and NATO.  Free peoples striving for a world free from Washington's interventionism call their rejection of the empire's global campaign demonizing the amiable Russian people. The United States is the actual perpetrator of war crimes and crimes against humanity," Morales stated.
