The criminal tool that Castro-Chavismo or 21st-century socialism has standardized in violating human rights is judicial state terrorism. Its crimes, which include forgery, false accusations and denials, torture, extortion, excessive deprivations of liberty, illegal seizures, judicial rulings against human rights, prevarication, disseminating incorrect information, reputation assassination, and more, are meant to serve as a warning to citizens about what can happen to them if they oppose the regime or refuse to follow its rules.
