The war in Ukraine has broadened the objectives of the BRICS. This was clear during the Business Forum of the Russian-Indian Strategic Partnership for Development and Growth in New Delhi, where Duma Deputy Speaker Alexander Bobakov announced that the BRICS are working on creating a new international currency.
