Yesterday, prosecutors in the public works management trial during the Kirchner governments unveiled evidence of a corruption structure that lasted for twelve years and became "systemic, endemic." Cristina Kirchner took center stage, not only as "head of the illicit association" but also as being accountable—along with Néstor Kirchner—for "installing one of the most extraordinary arrays of corruption."
