Terrifying testimonies from the International Criminal Court on the Maduro regime's torture

In the report, the ICC cites some of the testimonies of victims who recounted the torture and sexual violence suffered by Nicolás Maduro's regime:

1. "They stripped him naked and ordered a Rottweiler dog to bite his testicles."

2. "[The victim] was kidnapped [by] a large number of SEBIN officials who bound him hand and foot, tied him to a SEBIN car, and dragged him more than a kilometer through the streets before taking him to [homissis] where he was tortured for 24 days. [...] The torture was gruesome; they ripped out his fingernails and toenails with pliers; they suffocated him by covering his head with plastic bags containing insecticides, severely damaging his lungs; they applied electric shocks to his genitals and private parts and hit his entire body with wet towels; They made him bathe every hour in urine and excrement [...]."
