Economy Minister Martín Guzmán, who renegotiated the largest loan ever granted to a country by the International Monetary Fund, resigned via Twitter on Saturday night, drawing the markets' attention. Raúl Enrique Rigo, the second-in-command at the Ministry of Finance, left alongside Guzmán, as did Fernando Morra, the secretary of economic policy, Ramiro Tossi, the undersecretary for financing, Rodrigo Ruete, and Roberto Arias, the principal fiscal policy officer.
